Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Youtooz, we want you to love your collectibles as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item you wish to return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original collector's box and outer shipping carton to ensure it arrives back to us in mint condition.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
